Kr bridal was such a great bridal shop to work with as I prepared for my wedding. The ladies that own and work here were fantastic, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They were the best at helping select the perfect dress for me with minimum alternations. This dress and their service made my day possible. This bridal shop limited my stress the moment I walked in. I was concerned about finding a dress due to my height( 4ft 5) and was immediately put at ease that they would find a beautiful dress. I went in to the shop for a dress alteration on a dress I bought online. The shop was very honest and helpful. Once the dress didn’t work out, they let me shop their dresses and find the dress of my dreams.

Wouldn't and won't go anywhere else. Kim did the alterations on my wedding dress, my mom's dress for the wedding, and I returned a year later for alterations on a bridesmaid dress. "Absolutely wonderful mother daughter duo to work with. I bought my dress for my wedding at David’s bridal, but after hearing some horror stories I was afraid to take my dress back there for alterations. I took my dress to KR Bridal and Tailoring and was treated so wonderfully and the alterations were almost half the price of what David’s quoted me. They also did my moms MOB dress and we found a gorgeous veil that Kim designed and helped me color match to my dress. I was initially concerned because I made the mistake of reading through the issues other brides had at other stores with getting their wedding gowns altered and essentially they came back totally botched. When it was time for me to get my gown altered before my wedding, I looked into local places and I found KR Bridal and I saw so many wonderful reviews. I sent the store a message to ease my anxieties about the process as a whole and they were so kind and they made me feel completely at ease. "Kim is incredible at what she does! I picked my dress before moving to Northeast Ohio so I didn't have the opportunity to look at the wedding dress selection, but after looking for alteration places near me I landed on KR Bridal and Tailoring! Having someone alter the most expensive and important dress you've ever had is nerve-wracking, but I knew I was in good hands with Kim. She asked questions I had never even thought about and was so patient with my many requests. She found great solutions for my removable off-the-shoulder straps that wouldn't stay on and for where to attach my cape veil to my strapless dress. She was able to accommodate my alterations in a compressed timeframe to allow me to slim and tone as much as possible before my wedding. Kim made me feel comfortable through the whole process and even went above and beyond to repair some minor damage to my dress from when it was shipped to the shop where I bought it.
